Today I’ve finally realize that I’ve still got fans and readers from near and far that even though I don’t write as much anymore , they still enjoyed what I had to say and related to it in so many ways , at their particular part in life that they wish they had found me sooner. I’m here to say I’m BACK and ready to set on the new changes ahead and challenges that we might face .
what have I learnt these 5 years I’ve been missing ? I’ve realized that being loved by one person means being loved by many people. Love does not require a large army. One person is enough to shine like the brightest star in the vast cosmos. I know that may seem cheesy, but it’s worth it. However, before understanding the art of love, I believe you must first love yourself completely. Wholeheartedly. No exceptions. Now that was the hardest part of ALL.

Once you’ve found that one person that makes you shine the brightest then it quickly reflects on how you choose to handle your demons , how you choose to navigate through all your trauma to be , welp… better than you were yesterday .
the first step for me was to learn to accept that you are not perfect and you are in fact ALLOWED to feel the impact of failure . Align yourself with the imperfections of your perfection and know you are Worthy of love in anyway.

If you have a family support system or even friends it can be the most fulfilling feeling ever , know its okay to lean on them in times of need or even want, just acknowledging this is good enough to be able to move forward everyday in the steps of loving yourself . We can do so much on our own but having that daily burst of energy by just seeing or having a conversation with them goes along way in how you deal with your activities.

The art of self-love comes from within; I’ve learned to forgive but never forget to put that pain to good use; instead of walking down a lonely path of fear and rejection, I chose to walk in the light and try to figure out how to bring a little more joy into a world plagued by so much hatred. That was something I struggled with a lot: why do we always gravitate toward the negative? Instead, attempt to be decent. Why is it easier to be in a rut than to strive for greatness? Can someone answer that question?
I struggled so hard to dig my self out of it to find that light and now that I have it there is no way i, letting that go.
Here are three morning practices that may benefit you.
One is to smile on your face and in your heart, which I learned from “Eat Pray Love” and has been effective.
Two Journaling about something positive can transform your viewpoint on the day. It doesn’t need to be long.
Three going to the gym …..
Not my favorite thing to do because it is not a lifestyle for me, but it motivates me to get stuff done.
the art of forgiveness
In my life there has been many short comings but yet better days , and looking back I wouldn’t change a thing because I wouldn’t change a thing because mi famila whether it’s by blood or with friends wouldn’t have meant so much to me if things went a different path and for that I can now share my love for all without any resentment or contempt to blame . As I recently learned from a show called “ When life gives you tangerines 🍊” we are all just experiencing our first life
so for some, this is our first time being a parent , a lover , a friend and may not always get it right but there is room for improvement , and where there is growth then comes forgiveness but it not quite often some come to realize the pain they have caused to a next soul , so don’t dwell on that , forgiveness it’s not for them but it is for YOU ! , so you can move past this and be happier in yourself and accept that life is truly just for living and getting the best out of it . So why should anyone be able to rob you of that joy . With that said I hope I helped even in slightest bit to give you some peace of mind for today . I have faith you will be on the other side !
